Wedding Details (Updated Sept. 3, 2024)

If you have additional questions, please email KAMoeWedding2024@gmail.com.

  • What’s the dress code?

The wedding ceremony and reception attire are summer formal (black tie optional). Ladies, we recommend a block heel as you will walk on cobblestone and gravel after the ceremony to the reception.

  • Is there transportation?

*If you signed up for transportation:

4:30 p.m. The bus will pick you up from the hotel The Lodge at Columbia Point to the venue, Terra Blanca.

Vans and the Bus will be available throughout the night for those who need to leave early.

9:30 p.m & 11:00 p.m. The bus is planning to make two trips from the venue back to the hotel.

Outside our transportation, options in our area include Uber or Lyft.

  • Will the venue have parking?

Yes, there is parking for those who choose to drive. There are options in the back of the venue as well, especially if you need easier access to the reception.

  • What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the family and wedding party will stay behind for pictures. Guests can enjoy the happy hour, where hors d'oeuvres will also be served before the reception officially begins around 7:00 p.m.

  • Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will start indoors before we open up the patio. They are at the same location, Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard.

  • What time should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts (6:00 p.m.) to ensure everyone is on time.

There will be a pre-ceremony happy hour available from 4:30-5:30 p.m. for those arriving earlier.

  • Will there be any special diet options for dinner?

Yes, all the dietary restrictions and allergies have been passed on to the venue/caterer.

  • What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can plan accordingly. RSVP information is currently closed, but you can email us at KAMoeWedding2024@gmail.com.

  • Do you have a wedding hotel block?

Yes, for those who know they are on the block, you just need to use your name to make the reservation or check in.

  • What is the weather like in September in Tri-Cities?

The weather in September is beautiful during the day, with highs in the 80s and lows in the 50s to 60s. (Knock on wood)

  • Where are you registered?
